With a minimum of four years' practice experience, you will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of audit clients, including owner-managed businesses, international companies, and large limited companies across various industries.

Professional Experience:
- Qualified ACA or ACCA.
- Experience in a medium-sized practice.
- Proven track record of leading statutory audits and non-audit assignments from planning to completion.
- Knowledge of FRS102 and FRS102A preferred; experience with IFRS and consolidation of large or complex group audits under ISA600 is desirable.
- Ability to delegate and supervise team members on audit assignments.
- Experience in mentoring junior staff and enhancing their understanding of regulations and technical standards.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on business retention.
Software Skills:
- Proficiency in IT, with working knowledge of the following software an advantage:
- CCH
- CaseWare
- Xero
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
