You will be the focal point in ensuring that these pupils are treated equally and have the best chance of developing their educational experience. • Autism Focused 1:1 Support Assistant
• ASAP Start
• £105-£110 per day
• Full-time, full academic year, term-time only
• Based in Tower Hamlets

Autism Focused 1:1 Support Assistant - Details

• Provide constant care and support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with ASDD requirements
• License to use your ingenuity and creativity to think outside the box
• Highly regarded CPD provided
• A passionate and supportive team to support and nurture you
• Opportunity to work 1:1 with pupils and tailor teaching methods in a way that suits their educational needs

Ideal Autism Focused 1:1 Support Assistant

• Previous experience working with children with SEN, Autism in particular
• A desire to make a difference
• A creative individual who can think on their feet
• A passion in supporting those with Special Educational Needs
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with pupils
