As an Autism Support Assistant, you'll work closely with a child who has an EHCP, helping them overcome educational barriers and reach their full potential. This role is perfect for aspiring psychologists, therapists, counsellors, and SENCOs, offering hands-on experience in a supportive setting.

• Position: Autism Support Assistant
• Location: Thornbury
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term-time only)
• Salary: £83.33 - £95.00 per day

• Provide 1:1 support to a child with Autism, helping them achieve their EHCP targets
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with professionals such as speech therapists, educational psychologists, and occupational therapists

• Previous experience working with children with Autism is desirable
• A patient, empathetic, and committed approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
