Automation Engineer | Ruby Unix Chef

Rate: £510 per day

Job Type: Inside IR35 Contract

Hybrid Model: Remote

Duration: 6 months 

Key Responsibilities

• Working as part of the DevOps team 
• Dealing with automation and configuration management processes
• Quality control of code and dealing with infrastructure compliance 
• Design, develop and maintain inspec baselines
• Integration into CI/CD pipelines
• Ensuring security and compliance 
• Providing technical leadership and guidance 

Requirements

• Worked in cloud environments | AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience in UNIX/Linux environments
• Strong experience with Chef | Infra, Aitomate, Inspec
• Strong experience with Ruby programming
• Coding and maintaining Inspec baselines
• Worked in an Agile environment
