Are you a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the automotive industry? Our client is currently seeking a talented Automotive Administrator to join their team in Crewe. As a Technical Administrator, you will have the opportunity to support various areas of the business, including Senior Management, Engineering and Press, Special Cars, and other departments. No two days will be the same in this exciting role!

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the Whole Vehicle area in Research and Development
  • Interacting with our internal customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Recording and maintaining accurate data and information
  • Assisting with general administration tasks such as stationary replenishment, processing paperwork, diary management, room bookings, and travel requests
  • Utilising your strong computer skills to perform various tasks

Who are we looking for?

  • Ideally, someone with automotive experience and knowledge of Retailer DMS software
  • A great communicator who can effectively interact with internal customers at all levels
  • Someone who is numerate and has good computer skills
  • A reliable and punctual individual with a strong work ethic
  • An organised and detail-oriented person with excellent time management skills
  • A customer-focused individual with a dedication to providing top-notch service

Additional information:

  • This is a temporary contract for a period of 3 months with a look to extend, 35 hours per week
  • The position is fully onsite, requiring you to be present in our client's office in Crewe
  • Nearby parking is available with a walking distance of approximately 18 minutes from the office.
