The Role

We are seeking an Automotive Instructional Designer to join our dynamic European team. Whether you're a recent graduate with a passion for all things automotive or an experienced professional, this is an opportunity for you to develop high-impact training programs for some of the most iconic brands in the industry.

You'll be responsible for designing engaging, technology-led learning experiences that enhance product knowledge, and brand advocacy. Supported by our industry-leading team in the US, you will contribute to world-class training solutions that combine digital, live, and experiential formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials for automotive training programs, including e-learning, live events, and blended learning experiences.
• Translate complex automotive concepts (e.g., EV technology) into engaging, informative and interactive content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, product experts and automotive brands to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.
• Utilise the latest technology to enhance the learner experience.
• Support live automotive training events, ensuring that materials align with the experiential nature of AMCI programs.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously refine training content based on feedback and analytics.

What We’re Looking For

?? Passion for the automotive industry - A deep understanding or enthusiasm for cars, driving, and emerging vehicle technologies across mid-market and premium brands?? Instructional Design expertise - Background in instructional design, education, training, or a related field ideally within the automotive sectors?? Tech focussed mindset - Comfortable using leading technologies including e-learning platforms, multimedia tools, and innovative learning technologies.?? Strong storytelling skills - Ability to turn technical product information into engaging narratives.?? Adaptability & creativity - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, brand-focused environment.?? Collaboration & communication - Works seamlessly with our Project Managers and Senior Leadership teams in Europe and the US.
