Automotive Service Advisor required in Bishop’s Stortford

up to £30,000 basic salary

Monday toFriday - no weekends

Our client, an expanding and progressive Automotive Service Centre is now recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business and become an integral part of the Service Department maximizing profit alongside nurturing the staff and their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and scheduling services
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
• Providing additional services including service plans
• Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.

To be considered for the role, you must have a proven background in customer service - this can be from outside of the industry if you have a passion for the sector. Should you hold Automotive experience, this would assist your application.
