In this role, you'll handle on-call service, preventative maintenance, and quality assurance for audio-visual, lighting control, IT networks, CCTV, and access control systems. Daily tasks include technical phone support, on-site service visits, scheduled maintenance, and minor upgrades, with occasional support for installation projects.

The Role:

• Provide on-call service and preventative maintenance
• Offer technical support and on-site visits

• Experienced in Lutron/Crestron/Control 4 or strong control system programming skills
• Knowledgeable in IT networks, AV systems integration, and troubleshooting across various systems
• Based in central London and happy with commuting
