Aviation Lecturer
- Job Type: Full-time (37 hours per week, all year round)

- Salary: Up to £36,413 per annum

Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment in aviation subjects.
- Motivate and support students to develop technical aviation skills and achieve their potential.
- Responsible for student success and providing an enriched curriculum.
- Monitor student progress to ensure timely completion and achievement.
- Involved in recruitment, providing advice and guidance to students on progression routes.
- Develop industry links to provide students with enrichment and work experience opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in a relevant field, coupled with industry experience.
- Relevant teaching qualification and assessor’s award, or willingness to work towards these.
- Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, or willingness to work towards.
- Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students using a combination of practical, theoretical, and digital teaching methods.
