Description

B2B Customer Service Agent, Marlow:

  • All areas of B2B - Business to business customer service
  • Working in a fast paced environment and liaising with customers, warehouse and 3PL
  • Good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience of Salesforce and/or SAP
  • Act as a key contact for business customers, handling enquiries and providing expert support.
  • Process and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support client relationships and business growth.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to track shipments and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within internal systems.
  • Handle warranty claims, returns, and after-sales support efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall experience.
  • Contribute to departmental goals, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Profile

B2B Customer Service Agent, Marlow:

  • Experience in a B2B customer service or account management role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Job Offer

Salary of circa £26,000 plus excellent package
