ARE YOU THE ONE?
As a B2B Training Content Executive, you’ll create, deliver, and evaluate engaging training content for Samsung’s One Partner Program.
Using tools like Articulate, Adobe, and Microsoft authoring tools, you’ll design impactful training materials, blending existing resources with fresh, innovative content. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you’ll localize corporate messaging to align with Samsung’s B2B MX vision and strategy.
From newsfeed posts to learning modules and certification-style programs, you’ll deliver high-quality content on time, driving excellence in every project.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
TRAINING DEVELOPMENT & CONTENT CREATION
Creating training material aligned with the broader MX vision, tailored to a B2B audience, focusing on product recommendations for Mobile, Display, and Memory.
Utilising Articulate to design and develop training modules based on reference aids and assets.
Building remote and online learning and sales materials for the B2B team.
COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and timely completion.
Manage Samsung One Newsfeeds, Champion Newsfeeds, and the Champion Chronicle, including copywriting, planning, and execution.
PROJECT & KPI MANAGEMENT
Deliver against the objectives and KPIs set by the Senior B2B Training Manager, ensuring adherence to deadlines, accuracy, and innovative approaches.
Implement content and plans to ensure quarterly targets are met, continuously monitoring progress.
Develop and maintain reports measuring activity versus ROI.
