Location: Community - Reading

End date: 3 month minimum, likely to be extended
Working Pattern: Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 but this is flexible
Hours: Full-time (37.5hrs/week) part time considered
Band: 6/7
Job summary:
- To assist the Speech and Language Therapists in the Adult Community based service in carrying out clinical F2F patient facing assessments and triage and therapy in locations across Berkshire.
- Must be dysphagia trained and be able to hold an independent clinical caseload
Essential:
- The successful candidate will need to be competent and confidant in preparing and using electronic information.
- The post holder needs to have up to date IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft outlook and word.
- Knowledge and /or experience of using RIO patient held record system would be of benefit.
- Car for community work
- Dysphagia post graduate training and at least 2 years post grad experience of working with dysphagia
