Working Hours: Up to fulltime but would also be interested in part-time hours.

Position Overview:
Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech & Language Therapist (SLT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of clients across diverse age groups and backgrounds. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in delivering person-centered care and supporting clients in achieving their communication and feeding goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Use standardized tests, observational techniques, and interviews to diagnose conditions.
Intervention & Treatment:
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on clients’ needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, fluency, language comprehension, expressive language, voice quality, and swallowing.
- Teach alternative communication methods (e.g., sign language, AAC devices) when appropriate.
