Job Title: Band 6 Biomedical Scientist - Histology

Location: Based in Surrey

Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (01 October 2024 - 01 October 2025)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Biomedical Scientist to join the Histology team. This role involves essential laboratory duties supporting histopathology services, working within a dynamic pathology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized histological techniques to assist in diagnostic analysis.
• Ensure quality standards and protocols are maintained within the lab.
• Collaborate effectively with the pathology team to meet clinical service demands.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist.
• Previous experience in histology and pathology laboratory practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality diagnostic support.
