About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to join our team in Christchurch, Dorset. This is a full-time position within the Older People's Service, focusing on frailty and elderly care. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services across various settings, including:

• Admission Avoidance: Supporting patients to stay out of hospital by providing timely and effective interventions.
• Community Rehabilitation: Delivering rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs in community-based environments.
• Outpatient Settings: Providing 1:1 treatments and facilitating group sessions to optimize patients’ functional independence and quality of life.
