Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00

Hours: Full time (37.5hrs/week)

Job description:

• To deliver, in conjunction with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist or Heads of Pharmacy, a clinical pharmacy service.

• To contribute to and provide multidisciplinary training in Pharmacy / Medicines Optimisation across the Trust.

• A car driver is essential for this role, as there may be some cross site working.
