Bank Reconciliation Assistant - Flora Co Associates Ltd : Job Details

We are exclusively hiring for a Bank Reconciliation Assistant for a great, growing business based in Redditch. This is a permanent role and would suit someone who has experience in a similar reconciliation/treasury role that would like to grow with a business or wants to get involved in project based work. For the successful candidate, there is the chance to be offered study support if this is of interest but could equally suit someone that enjoys transactional finance and wants to be involved in driving operational and finance based efficiencies.

Ideally you will:

• Have experience in a similar bank reconciliation focussed role or a transactional finance role within a high volume setting.
• Have the desire to make a difference with your work and be involved in project based work where you can make a difference.
• Have strong excel skills; at minimum Pivot Tables, V Look Ups
• Be looking for a business that wants to upskill and value their employees
