Bank Care Assistant - North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and Glasgow
We are looking for a Bank Care Assistants who are dedicated to make a difference. As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary. PLEASE NOTE: NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE.
Role Overview:
As a Care Worker at Easdale Healthcare, you will provide person-centered support to Service Users, ensuring their dignity, respect, and comfort. The role requires compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and other professionals.

- Respond calmly and professionally to challenging situations, fostering a safe environment.

Education and Qualifications:

- Relevant training in COSHH, Health & Safety, and Moving & Handling (desirable).
Experience:
- Previous experience in a care environment (essential).
- Experience supporting individuals with additional needs (desirable).
