Description

As a Banking Associate you will be responsible for:

• Advising on the financing elements of a range of corporate and commercial issues.
• Drafting, reviewing and amending the legal and commercial aspects of all types of financing documentation.
• Advising on investment grade lending, leveraged/acquisition lending, debt capital markets and associated derivatives work.
• Developing professional relationships with clients and getting involved in business development initiatives and activities.

Profile

A successful Banking Associate should have:

• Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
• Experience working on high value and/or complex transactions with a significant level of responsibility.
• Ability and desire to develop expertise across a range of financing practice areas.
• A strong academic background.
