Job Title: Banking & Finance Paralegal

Location: City of London

Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

About the company: A prestigious international law firm.Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Banking & Finance team on a permanent basis. The role will involve supporting 2 Partners with their CLO and securitisation matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting CLO and securitisation transactions
• CLO market research
• Closing and post-closing support

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have some experience gained within a Banking and Finance team at a law firm or as an Analyst from a research firm.
