Tonic are recruiting for a gastropub style restaurant in Barton that is looking to bolster its management team. As Bar Manager, you will be fully accountable for the bar operation and integral to the overall performance and reputation of the site. What we are looking for in Bar Manager candidates:

• A proven track record of Bar experience within fresh food restaurants or gastro pubs
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
• Experience with real ale and cellar management is essential
• Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
• A true passion for hospitality and the customer journey
