### Description**We are looking for a Shift Manager to work in our Bars & Shops Venues acrossthe resort. ** Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Shift Manager will be responsible forensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring that relevant tasksand objectives are being carried out by the team and that team are in theright place at the right time to ensure we can manage fluctuating guest demandwhilst keeping operational standards and guest experience high.You will support and coach the team to ensure the deliver a great experienceand are also driving any key targets such as add on sales or promotions.This is an operational guest facing role and therefore all none-guest facingtasks and activity will be allocated as time within your working week to allowyou to spend the majority of your time within your venue and with our guests.This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility is veryimportant. This is a fixed term role until 1st February 2025.As with all roles at Butlin’s, no day will be the same and you will need toenjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guestexperience is always your number one priority.### Key ResponsibilitiesAbout YouWe are looking for an experienced leader from within an F&B; or Retailenvironment that can support the team to deliver fantastic service. Puttingthe guests first in everything you do, you will have experience in trainingand coaching the team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellenceexperience. You should have previous experience in leading within a busy restaurant, baror retail environment where a balance of speed and quality is important. You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation whilstdelivering consistent brand standards. The ability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of highdemand is important, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities andadapt quickly to changing requirements.
