You will be required to assist customers in providing a comprehensive end-to-end service for bathroom projects, overseeing and project managing the delivery of all aspects of the process. From initial enquiry through to successfully resolving any after sales issues that may arise.
Experience within the bathroom industry is essential. Use of CAD design software is an added benefit, though training can be arranged. You must be reliable, have excellent organisation skills, problem solving skills and be self-motivated at all times. Be proficient in handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their bathroom design.
- Create customised bathroom designs using industry-leading software.
- Provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the design process.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing orders, and maintaining showroom displays and aftersales.
- Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bathroom retail environment essential
- Strong design skills and the ability to visualise concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in design software such as Virtual Worlds or similar programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
