BD & Marketing Team Assistant - Prestigious Law Firm - Ryder Reid Legal Ltd : Job Details

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an exceptional Team Assistant to the rapidly expanding Business Development and Marketing department at one of our prestigious law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis. Our client's team thrives on entrepreneurial spirit and agility, offering ample room for growth, creativity, and interest within a successful firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Marketing Inbox and assist with InterAction admin.
• Organize photography sessions for new joiners.
• Distribute and chase marketing invoices.
• Track firmwide memberships and update the Directory Tracker.
• Maintain a restaurant/venue database for events.
• Purchase gifts for speakers and assist with event preparation.
• Format and brand department materials and event invites.
• Upload articles, posts, and deal releases to the webpage/LinkedIn.
• Create graphics for posts, deal releases, and internal communications.
• Liaise with venues, manage RSVPs, and research attendees.
• Source branded imagery for pitches and other materials.
• Assist in reviewing and updating key BD collateral.

• Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Professional, personable, and mature attitude.
• Effective relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and ability to handle multiple priorities calmly.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with technology and commercially aware.
