• Provide outstanding customer service
• Conduct consultations
• Perform a full range of treatments offered within the salon to the highest possible standard
• Maintain client records
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and clean working environment
• Advise clients on suitable retail products

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
• Proficient in waxing and nail care
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Ability to work consistently to high standards within commercial times
• At least one year of experience as a beauty therapist
• Good team player
• Willingness to learn
• Professional attitude towards colleagues and clients
• Great attention to detail

Additional Requirements - Preferred but Not Essential:

• Intimate waxing
• Eyelash services
• Gel nails
• Shellac; Dermalogica training would be desirable
