Behaviour Mentor - Enfield

As a confident, motivated Behaviour Mentor you will be expected to work closely with students displaying disruptive behaviour in and around class, and will be looked upon to use your personality, determination, and reason to provide them with a safe space, a mentor, and a firm-but-fair friend for them to utilise to get their education back on track. Get to the root of their behaviour, liaise with and take advice from SLT/SENCo colleagues, and lead 1:1 sessions with the students in question to ensure they are fully supported and their behaviour improves.

A 'Good' SEN school, this school have a strong track record of attainment in recent years and a large, supportive team of Teachers and TA's. They love proactive, interactive people and are always happy to offer CPD and upskilling sessions.

You will need to have minimum 2 years classroom experience
