Your Role:

• Work one-on-one with students who need extra support in managing their behavior.
• Develop and implement behavior management plans that promote positive outcomes.
• Supporting within the schools provision with groups of students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.

• You have a strong background in behavior management and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Experience in a similar role or environment is essential.
