Behaviour Mentor Wanted - Join Our Secondary School in Newham!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group mentoring to students who need additional behavioural support
• Implement strategies to help improve students' behaviour, attendance, and overall wellbeing
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create tailored behaviour plans
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and families

• Experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour and build positive relationships with students
