Your Role as a Behaviour Mentor:

• Provide 1:1 and Small Group Support: Work closely with pupils who need extra support in managing their behaviour, offering guidance and encouragement.

• Build Trusting Relationships: Create a safe, supportive connection with students, helping them feel valued and understood.
