We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have classroom experience and a passion for working in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and mentoring to students to promote positive behaviour.
• Assist in the classroom to support teachers and students.
• Develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Classroom experience in the UK.
• Mentoring experience.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping skills.
• Positive mindset and enjoys working in a school setting.
• Right to work in the UK.
• DBS check (willing to undertake one if needed).
