Location: SEMH School, OxfordSalary: £83 - £100 per dayHours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pmStart Date: ASAP

A specialist Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) school in Oxford is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work with children facing emotional and behavioural challenges. These students require patience, resilience, and a compassionate mentor who can help them regulate emotions, build confidence, and develop positive coping strategies.

? Gain hands-on experience in trauma-informed support? Work alongside psychologists, therapists, and SEN specialists? Build a strong foundation for careers in Psychology, Counselling, Education & Social Work

�? Support children 1:1 and in small groups�? Help manage challenging behaviour through positive strategies�? Assist with emotional regulation and social development�? Work closely with teachers, therapists, and mental health professionals

Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology graduate (or relevant experience)Passionate about mental health and trauma-informed careResilient, empathetic, and adaptable
