• Job Type: Full-time - Temporary with a possible permanent opportunity
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30 - 15.00
• Location: Burgess Hill, Chichester, Littlehampton, Lancing, Crawley
• Payrate: £90 per day

• Assist teachers in the classroom to support the delivery of lessons.
• Motivate and encourage pupils to engage in learning activities.
• Provide support to young people who may exhibit challenging behaviours.
• Help maintain a structured and nurturing learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to implement educational plans.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
• Strong educational background across various subjects.
• Familiarity with the national curriculum and relevant learning programmes.
• Knowledge of relevant policies and codes of practice.
• Enthusiasm, commitment, and a positive approach to working with young people.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working with young people is preferred.

• Valuable experience in an Alternative Provision setting.
