Key Responsibilities:

• Behaviour Management: Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
• Individual Plans: Develop and follow individual behaviour plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
• Crisis Intervention: Use de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience: Direct or transferable experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to manage challenging behaviour.
• Qualifications: Additional training or qualifications such as Team Teach or PRICE are highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and resilience.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work full-time, with part-time options available for the right candidate.
