Key Responsibilities:

• Work with children facing SEMH challenges, supporting them in managing their emotions and behaviours.
• Apply behaviour management strategies to de-escalate challenging situations calmly and constructively.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff to foster a positive and structured learning environment.
• Act as a mentor and role model, promoting self-confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
• Help create an inclusive school environment where every student feels safe and valued.
