SEN Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Support MentorLocation: Welford, NewburySalary: £90 to £110 per day - depending upon experienceContract: Full-time, Monday - Friday (term time only)

Are you passionate about working with children with special educational needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor to join a dynamic team in Welford. Newbury. This role support students with various special needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Mental Health.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN.
• Implement personalised learning and behaviour management strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to promote positive outcomes.
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.

About You - Behaviour Support Mentor - Newbury

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of working with children with autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, patient, and resilient approach.
• A passion for education, with a desire to develop your skills in education and training.
