Are you experienced in working with young people and passionate about helping them overcome challenges? We are seeking a dedicated Behavioural Mentor to join our supportive team at a secondary school in Salford.

Position: Behavioural MentorLocation: Salford Secondary SchoolHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pmPay: Up to £100 per day (dependent on experience)Contract: Full-time, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 and group support to students with behavioural needs
• Assisting in the implementation of behaviour management strategies
• Building positive relationships with students to help them achieve their full potential
• Supporting the wider school team in creating a positive learning environment
• Encouraging personal growth, emotional regulation, and positive behavioural changes

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people in a professional context is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, patient, and resilient attitude
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people
