• Collaborate with teams to develop advanced BI solutions that deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Manage and prioritize data analysis requests, ensuring timely and accurate insights that support key decisions.
• Lead user training on analytics tools, empowering teams to make data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with data engineers to improve and scale BI tools in line with business needs.

  Background of Business Intelligence Analyst

• Expertise with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) and advanced SQL skills for complex data manipulation.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solutions-focused, proactively improving BI processes to enhance data accessibility and usability across the firm.
