BI & Data Warehuse Analyst
£60,000 - £70,000
Hybrid - 3 days on site (London Zone 2) and 2 days remote
I'm currently recruiting for a BI & Data Warehouse Analyst responsible for owning the reporting workstream.
The BI & Data Warehouse Analyst will be responsible for extracting, managing and delivering the reporting requirements across different departments
This role requires a solid understanding of SQL, Designing/modifying data warehouses and creating reports using the NetSuite Analytics and Data Warehouse application.
What the role will entail:
- Technical Support:
- Understanding and owning the NetSuite Analytics and Data Warehouse application including:
- The Data Pipelines (NetSuite à NSAW)
- The Data Warehouse
- The Data Augmentation and Reporting feature
- Using Oracle SQL Developer, to interrogate, modify and develop the existing data warehouse model to meet business requirements
- Create physical data models to support business requirements
- Manage and maintain the data warehouse via 3rd parties when required
- Troubleshooting and running route cause analysis
- IT Operations:
- Single point of contact for Reporting within the organisation
- Laise with stakeholders to identify areas that could benefit from reporting
- Understand the existing saved searched reporting in NetSuite
- Ensuring reliability of data across the architecture
- Project Support
- Own the overall data strategy across the enterprise
- Design reporting solutions to support the business
- Work with the Business Analyst to understand the requirements
- Assist in the estimation of project work
- Documentation and Knowledge Management:
- Create and maintain reporting documentation (e.g. Data Dictionary)
- Provide support and training for users
Experience/Key Skills Required
- Essential:
- At least 5 years experience within BI & Data Warehousing
- Oracle SQL Developer
- Hands on SQL and Data Warehousing experience
- Data Modelling
- Desirable:
- Patchworks iPaaS experience
- NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) and Oracle
