Job Description :

We are looking for a BI Developer to join a strong existing team of BI developers. this role will involve identifying any potential design gaps, and to utilise appropriate BI software tools in order to develop, document, test and debug routines/reports.

Due to continued growth we are now looking to strengthen our BI & Data team by bringing in a BI developer, We have an existing team of 4 in the BI team and we predominantly work remotely, the expectation is 1 day a week in the office.

Description

The successful BI Developer will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Responsible to review and evaluate existing systems for possible enhancement or upgrade.
  • Routinely search for innovative ways to improve existing systems or procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving existing BI Content concentrating on the efficiency and stability.
  • Responsible for undertaking and leading work involved in large- and small-scale Delivery projects, such as Tableau report development.
  • Communicate well and build relationships with key users within the business.

Profile

The successful BI Developer will be able to demonstrate:

* Technical Knowledge - T-SQL., BI Reporting Tools - Tableau, ETL Tools* An eye for detail* Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach* Well organised, good communication and reporting skills.* Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.* Strong mentoring/ technical training skills* Leadership skills on a project level
