What role will you play? You'll work in data visualisations squad on the Tapestry/Risk Management Improvements project alongside architects, data engineers, data business analyst's. Your role will be to apply your broad skill set across data and analytics to understand business problems, conduct various analysis, create insights, and envisage practical dashboard solutions to help Macquarie gain more value from its data. You will have access to large data sets, giving you the ability to make a tangible impact with your analysis. In return, you will be given support to expand your technical and domain skills.
What you offer - 5+ years' experience in a hands-on role interpreting and telling stories with data.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and building Power BI dashboards, including defining the data models.
- Strong collaboration skills, worked with business stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfortable working across a wide range of data sets and systems.
- Commercial exposure in a corporate, consultancy or start-up environment.
- Good working knowledge of relational database in interrogating data
- An understanding of data modelling and data warehouse concepts, data architecture principles and the ability to extract and transform data from multiple sources
