Bid Administrator, 30k

Our client is a highly successful consultancy based in the heart of central London. They have an outstanding reputation and really value their employees. They are now looking for a creative bid administrator to join their team. The role will come with a wide variety of job duties, and you will join their creative and supportive bid team.

The role is full time, and you will be based at their offices 4 days per week.

Hours: 8.30-5.30pm

Typical job duties:

  • Retrieve project information and keep project spreadsheets up-to-date
  • Proof-read, edit and format documents - using Powerpoint and Indesign
  • Liaising internally across the bid team, updating tender information, filling out questionnaires, collating research and updating reports
  • Managing project time-lines, keeping track of bid tender deadlines
  • Assist with photoshoots - helping with organisation
  • Adhoc administrative for the team

Ideal candidate attributes:

  • Skills across PowerPoint, Adobe, Indesign, Excel and Word
  • Outstanding written communication skills - attention to detail, grammar and accuracy
  • Strong editing and formatting skills
  • Highly organised and process driven
  • Able to multi-task
  • Team player but also able to work on your own initiative
