Bid Coordinator - Adecco : Job Details

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to join a market leading manufacturing organisation based Kettering on a Permanent basis.

Job title: Bid Coordinator

Salary: £26k

Location: Kettering (office based)Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm)Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to meet client specifications and deadlines
• Liaise with various departments to gather accurate information and documents for bid preparation
• Produce high quality written and visual tender submissions
• Compile quotations for tender submissions and other projects including sourcing pricing
• Ensure the tender specification/brief has been adhered to, making suggestions and offering cost effective solutions
• Liaise with other departments to gather information for submissions and bid library
• Self and peer review of submissions
• Any other duties as directed by a manager or director

The ideal candidate:

• Experience of Bid writing preferred
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
• Project co-ordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem solving
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills
• Numerate
