The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bid process from start to finish, ensuring that all bids are competitive, compliant, and compelling. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the bid process for major construction projects.
• Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
• Review and analyse bid documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Prepare and present bid proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on bid progress and outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Bid Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
