Salary:
£25000.00 - £30000.00 per annum
Job Duties:
- Prepare and write compelling bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities
- Research and gather information to create tailored bid responses to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and insights for bid submissions
- Ensure all bid documentation is accurate, well-structured, and submitted within deadlines
- Review bid feedback and incorporate improvements to enhance future bid success rates
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to work
Experience:
- Proven experience in bid writing or proposal development would be an advantage, although content backgrounds within marketing would be considered.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of bid processes and tendering requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and bid management software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Working Conditions:
Hybrird, 3 days office based, 2 days working from home.
