More about the day to day:
Joining the finance team providing financial administrative support to the firm’s clients, partners and staff.
- No two days being the same performing a variety of administrative tasks
- Preparation and processing of fee notes
- Credit control
- At times a client facing role assisting staff and clients with queries relating to invoices
- Learn from and Support the Feeing supervisor
Have you got what it takes?
- Do you have 3 years previous experience in a general or specialised finance role?
- Have you worked in a Legal cash room before?
- Since dealing with payments and invoices can you maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail?
- Do you have quality numeracy and problem-solving skills?
- Existing experience using IT office, financial systems and excel?
