The Billing Manager will take the lead in managing all billing operations and ensuring accuracy in the invoicing process. Working within the business services sector, this role is located in our London office and is a temporary position.

Description

• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes
• Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Assist in the formulation of specific billing procedures
• Perform account reconciliations
• Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards
• Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
• Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients

Profile

A successful 'Billing Manager' should have:

• Proven experience as a billing manager
• Experience of working in a law firm
• Experience of working with Sage Timeslips is preferred, but not essential.
• Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in accounting and financial principles
• Aptitude for problem-solving and working within a team
• An analytical mind with attention to detail
