A fantastic company based in Croydon are looking for a Billing Coordinator to join their team.
The purpose of this position is to help with the companies cash flow and communicate with clients on a regular basis.
The Billing Coordinator will:
Create sales invoices using the companies operating software
Manage the timely flow of files being passed for billing
Ensure accuracy and compliance standards are consistently maintained
Work with clients and colleagues in other teams to ensure delivery of efficiency and service
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
Respond to enquiries within specified time frames
Build and develop excellent working relations with clients regularly
Provide supporting documentation for clients and auditors
Be proactive in reviewing pending invoices
Make sure invoices are being raised at the earliest opportunity
To be considered for the Billing Coordinator will:
Have knowledge of billing
Maintain a good working knowledge of general accounting procedures
Have knowledge of accounting software
Maintain excellent customer service skills
Have strong interpersonal skills
Have the ability to meet deadlines
Be adaptable to change and works well under pressure
