Billings Specialist - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half is recruiting for an Interim Billings specialist for an initial 3 month to cover sickness within the team.

The position of Interim Billings specialist will be hired on a full-time , remote working basis -it will be varied and focus on the following key skills;

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Renewals
  • Ensure approvals are done in timely manner and finance related data is accurate
  • Ensure SO setup correctly in NS (inc. billing address info for taxes)
• Bookings
  • Ensure revenue recognition policy is applied correctly
• Invoicing
  • For all above, ensure invoices are raised in timely fashion. Using the Unbilled report in NS to bring forward billing in the month where possible
  • Review tax treatment of invoices
  • Ensure credits are treated correctly in Sales Orders
• Balance sheet recs
  • Review the reconciliations, including comparison to aged summary, for all entities for the following accounts:
    • Accounts receivable
    • Deferred revenue including running and reviewing the reports
    • Accrued revenue

The position of Interim Billings specialist sits inside IR35 and will be paying up to £20 per hour on a PAYE basis. This is an urgent requirement to start asap.
