What you will do
We are currently seeking passionate individuals with at least 3 years of industry experience in fire suppression and/or building services modeling for our Trainee Design Engineer position. Join our team in Birmingham and embark on our 12-month fast-track training program. As a BIM Technician, you'll support ISO10650 standards, design fire suppression systems using Revit, and collaborate with project teams.

How you will do it
Supporting BIM manager in ISO10650 standards
Designing fire suppression systems with Revit
Creating detailed MEP technical drawings
Assisting with design coordination and clash detection
Managing ISO19650 standards and implementation
Reviewing BIM execution plans and EIR documents
Managing the common data environment (BIM360)
Conducting customer-facing clash detection client calls
Driving the BIM strategy
Undertaking fast-track Fire Protection Training Modules

Qualifications:
HND/HNC within the industry
Autodesk certified in Revit, Navisworks, COBie
BSI/BRE Building Information Management practitioner desirable
Experience:
3 years' industry experience in fire suppression/building services modeling
Knowledge of Engineering Design Principles
Understanding of manufacturing and construction processes
Familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards and RFI procedures
