What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of vibrant residential blocks, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
  • Carrying out regular site inspections and coordinating essential maintenance and repairs.
  • Building strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, and contractors.
  • Overseeing service charge budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Staying on top of leasehold law, compliance, and health & safety regulations.
  • Problem-solving on the go, every challenge is an opportunity to shine!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in block/property management role is essential.
  • A strong communicator who can juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
  • A good understanding of leasehold and associated regulations. TPI qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is a plus!
  • A full, clean UK driving license is required.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.

Salary & working hours - The role is a full time role Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Salary will be dependent on experience and/or qualifications. Very competitive packages will be offered to the right applicant.

This role is office based however you will be expected to visit sites and clients from time to time. Mileage will be paid for use of your own personal vehicle during working hours.
